Was in the market for a new Yamaha YZ450. Went to two dealerships prior to HYR, one of which (John Burr) I received the worst customer service ever. Decided to stop by HYR and was greeted by Travis who's customer service was top notch. I'll most definitely be returning to HYR for future purchases! kudos to all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting while purchasing my new YZ. The best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a motorcycle. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and work as a cohesive team. They were able to get us the best financing possible. When they found out we didn't have a helmet, chest/back protector,and gloves to take our new Yamaha R6 home, they helped us by offering $300 to purchase the gear we needed. They educated us on equipment, maintenance, and our best financing options. The sales rep made everything easy for us to go through the process of purchasing and the mechanic was especially helpful on explaining our maintenance program in regards to our safety with the bike. It is a family owned business and their enthusiasm for motorbikes was infectiously addicting for all who enter. Best business ever! I went down to get a bike and I was looking to go Honda, as I was coming off of Honda. The guys at HYR had me try out every bike from Husq to Yamaha, they asked me questions, and qualified me into the right bike. I sat on the new 16 YZ450F and it was home. I would have never considered going Yamaha had it not been for the courteous salesman who was truly and genuinely trying to help me find the RIGHT bike, not just the bike I thought I wanted in my head.
